Upon graduating from college, Grinshpan went to India, Israel, and Southeast Asia to learn more about their food and culture. While she was in India she went to volunteer with several different organizations, one of them being an orphanage called Ramanas Garden. She came up with the idea of raising money for the orphanage by re-opening a café, and teaching the children the basics of culinary cuisine. After returning back home to New York City, Eden started to go back to school and enrolled herself into a management program at The Institute of Culinary Education. Shortly after, she started working for the bakery, Babycakes. Eden is the co-owner of EthNicitY Productions, and hosts “Eden Eats”, and “Log On and Eat with Eden Grinshpan”, a traveling show that takes her around the United States. Grinshpan has also been a judge on several shows, some of which include, “Top Chef Canada”, “Sugar Showdown”, “Donut Showdown”, and “Chopped Canada”..
