American stand-up comedian and writer Mo Amer became well-known after his Netflix comedy special, "The Vagabond," was made available to stream. In addition, he is a member of the comic troupe Allah Made Me Funny, with whom he shared a screen in the "Live in Concert" movie adaptation of their stage production. Amer's passion in humor was started when his brother took him to see Bill Cosby perform when he was younger. A few years later, while watching a rodeo in his native Texas, he discovered stand-up comedy.
