Growing up, Frost learned how to play the drums at only 4 years old and by the time he was 8 he was learning how to play the guitar at Dave Seebree’s Rock Camp. By the age of 12 Frost was already performing onstage with local Austin artists such as Bob Schneider and Ruby Jane. As he got older, Frost’s musical influences started changing and he started incorporating hip-hop elements into his music. Over the years, Frost worked with artists such as Joy Ride, Blues Mafia, and MC Kydd. He then started studying at the University of Texas-Austin where he would spend most of his time writing and recording music. He ended up leaving school after a year and a half to pursue a solo career. Since then, Frost has released two EPs, “Low High Low” and “Intoxication”.
