Andrew Phung is a Canadian actor, comedian, and improviser who was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Phung always had a passion for acting and when he was 16 years old he joined the Loose Moose Theatre Company where he is now currently a senior ensemble performer and instructor. Phung also studied at the University of Calgary before pursuing acting full-time. Phung began working with the comedy group Sciencebear and with them, he helped to create and produce various comedic shorts as well as the film “Sketch”. Since then, Phung’s film credits have gone on to include “Gettin’ In”, “Adventures of a Pizza Guy” and “Little Italy”. On television, Phung is best known for hosting the series “Let’s Talk English” and for playing Kimchee on the series “Kim’s Convenience”.
