Schramm is the Director of King Global Leadership Development Program, and a lecturer in organizational behavior at Stanford University. Schramm has earned his BFA in Theatre from Emporia State University and went on to earn his MBA from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business and also earned his Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Schramm began his career working as the director of admissions at Thomas More Prep – Marian High School.
