Naparstek has been a practicing psychotherapist for over 30 years and is the creator of Time Warner Health Journeys. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Chicago and earned her Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Chicago. Naparstek began her career supervising psychiatry residents at Cambridge Hospital and Harvard Medical School and was also previously the Chief of Consultation and Education at the Woodburn Center for Community Mental Health.
