Fox was born in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, and he went on to earn his B.A. in business administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana before going on to earn a certificate in management skills from Harvard Business School. Fox went on to work for Coca-Cola as a route supervisor and within nearly 10 years with the company, he worked his way up to serve as the President and Chief Executive of Coca-Cola Mexico. After leaving Coca-Cola, Fox created an orphanage in Guanajuato and become President of the Patronato Loyola. From there, Fox went on to be Governor of Guanajuato before serving as the President of Mexico.
