Kevin Warsh is an American academic, financier, and former government official who has previously been a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. Warsh was born in Albany, New York, and he went on to earn an A.B. in public policy from Stanford University before going on to graduate cum laude with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Warsh has also taken courses on market economics and debt capital markets from MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School.
