Wareham has also previously been in the band Galaxie 500 and joined Luna after. Phillips joined Luna as their bassist after Justin Harwood left. Dean & Britta are based out of New York City, New York, and the duo originally was started as a solo project of Wareham’s but he ended up asking Phillips to join him.
