Bill Romanowski is a former American professional football linebacker who has played in the NFL. Romanowski was born in Rockville, Connecticut and he began his career playing football in high school before going on to play college football at Boston College where he graduated with academic honors and earned a Scanlan Award. After graduating, Romanowski was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the NFL Draft. From there, he went on to play for teams such as Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, and Oakland Raiders. During his time in the NFL, Romanowski won two Super Bowl championships with the San Francisco 49ers and also won two Super Bowl championships with the Denver Broncos. During his time with the Broncos he was also a two-time Pro Bowl selection. Romanowski finished his NFL career with 1,116 total tackles, 39.5 sacks, 18 interceptions and 16 forced fumbles. Since retiring from the NFL, Romanowski has co-authored the autobiography, “Romo My Life on the Edge: Living Dreams and Slaying Dragons,” which has since been a New York Times best-selling book. He has also founded the company Nutrition53 and has appeared on various films such as “The Benchwarmers,” “Get Smart,” “Jack and Jill,” and “Blended.”.
