Chris Reis is an American former professional football safety who played in the NFL as well as the NFL Europe. Reis was born in Roswell, Georgia, and he began his career playing high school football at Roswell High School before going on to play college football at Georgia Tech where he was on the ACC All-Academic football team three years in a row and was an All-ACC honorable mention. Reis went on to go undrafted in the NFL and was later signed by the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent although he never played in season with them. From there, he went on to play in the NFL Europe as a safety for the Cologne Centurions where he was named to the NFL Europe All-World Team. After playing for a while with the Centurions, Reis went on to be signed by the New Orleans Saints where Reis spent the remainder of his NFL career playing.
