Lynn Dickey is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the NFL. Dickey was born in Paola, Kansas, and he began his career playing football in high school where he earned his school to a state championship and has gone on to have his school’s football stadium named after him. Dickey went on to play college football at Kansas State University where he ranked 10th in voting for the Heisman Trophy and was also named MVP of the North-South Shrine Game. Dickey went on to be selected in the third round of the NFL Draft by the Houston Oilers. Dickey played with the Oilers for a few years before going on to play for the Green Bay Packers for the rest of his career.
