Kelly Hogan is an American singer-songwriter who performs a mixture of alternative, country, jazz and pop as a solo artist, and who is also known for her work with Neko Case as part of her backing band. Hogan was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and while growing up, had a deep love for country music.
