Gardner was born in Hampstead, London, England, and at a young age, Gardner found a passion for traveling and took a gap year traveling through countries which include Istanbul, Morocco, Philippines, and Luzon. He also went on to work for Robert Fleming Bank. As a journalist, Gardner has worked with BBC World as a producer and reporter. He has also published books which include ‘Blood and Sand,’ ‘Far Horizons,’ ‘Crisis,’ and ‘Ultimatum.’.
