Cross Rags and Young is a country band that consists of members Grady Cross, Randy Ragsdale and Jason Young. Each member of the band was previously a member of the now disbanded Cross Canadian Ragweed and each member is from Yukon, Oklahoma. After Cross Canadian Ragweed disbanded, Cross and Ragsdale took some time away from music whereas Young was working on his solo career throughout the south. After a while, Ragsdale began performing with Young and after he felt the spark of performing, he called up Cross to join. This led to the formation of Cross Rags and Young. Shortly after, Cross Rags and Young began working on their debut EP and also released their debut single, “Family Name,” which peaked at number 3 for five weeks. They followed up their debut single with their second single, “Reckless,” and have released their debut EP, “Family Name” which features songs “Just Drive,” “Framed,” and “I’m Moving On.” Cross Rags and Young have performed all over Oklahoma and Texas and have also performed at the Peacemaker Festival..
