Alain Goudsmet is a Belgian sports and business coach who is the founder and director of Mentally Fit Institute. Goudsmet specializes in subjects which include mental, emotional, individual and collective performance, leadership, motivation, and human resource, performance and stress management. He has previously been known to be a top sport coach after working as the trainer-coach for the Belgian Tennis Federation.
