APRE is an up-and-coming English alternative pop duo from Kent, England, that consists of members Charlie Brown and Jules Konieczny. The duo met while studying at their school’s chess club. They used the chess club to begin rehearsing and recording music and they then went on to study and earn their BA in Creative Musicianship at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London, England. After their schooling, APRE went on to release their debut single, “All Yours,” through their own label, Beach 91. The attention of the single lead them to release the follow up, “Don’t You Feel Like Heaven,” before releasing their debut EP, “The Movement of Time.” Later that year, APRE released their second EP, “Drum Machines Killed Music,” which featured singles “Without Your Love,” “Everybody Loves You,” and “Backstreet.” The following year, APRE released three EPs which included “Everyone’s Commute,” “2.45,” and “The Guns Down.” Most recently, APRE has released their debut studio album, “Always In My Head.” APRE has been labeled as Ones to Watch by Too Many Blogs and Born Music. They have also been featured on Radio X’s list of Great X-Pectations. Currently, APRE have over 227,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and some of their most popular singles include “All Yours,” which has over 5.8 million streams, and “Come Down,” which has over 1.7 million streams..
