Slotface is a Norwegian pop punk band from Stavanger, Norway, that consists of members Haley Shea on vocals, Tor-Arne Vikingstad on guitar, Nils Jorgen Nilsen on drums and Lasse Lokoy on bass. The band was formed after Shea and Vikingstad began writing songs together and they eventually added in former member Halvard Skeie Wiencke, and Lokoy. After their formation, the band released their debut EP, “Slutface.” The following year they released their debut single, “Angst,” and their second EP, “We’re Just OK.” Since then, Slotface has gone on to release two more EPs, “Sponge State” and “Empire Records,” before releasing their debut studio album, “Try Not to Freak Out.” Most recently, they have released their second studio album, “Sorry for the Late Reply.” Slotface have previously performed at SXSW and were interviewed by CNN. The band is known for speaking out on women’s rights and feminist issues and also write on the topics in their songs. The band has previously won a Spellemannprisen ’17 in Beste Rock (Best Rock Album) for Try Not To Freak Out.
