Hudson Mohawke is a Scottish producer, DJ and composer from Glasgow, Scotland, who is a founding member of the U.K. label collective LuckyMe. He is also known for being one-half of the musical duo TNGHT with Canadian producer Lunice. As a producer, Mohawke is known for contributing to Kanye West’s album “Yeezus,” and has signed with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music production team where he has also produced music for artists which include Drake, Pusha T and A$AP Rocky. Mohawke is the son of Paul Birchard, who is an actor and singer. By the time he was only 15 years old, Mohawke began to pursue a musical career under the name DJ Itchy and became the youngest U.K. DMC finalist. He then began to perform all over Glasgow and also performed under the name DJ Mayhem before settling on Hudson Mohawke.
