Seandrea Sledge better known as her stage name Dreezy, is an American singer-songwriter, rapper, and actress from Chicago, Illinois. While growing up, Dreezy moved all over Chicago and due to her always moving, she found herself finding solace in the fine arts. When she was only 10 years old, Dreezy began singing, writing poetry, and scatting. By the time she was 14, Dreezy began rapping and found influence in J. Cole and Lil Wayne. As she began working on her rap career, Dreezy made an appearance on Sasha Go Hard’s single “I Ain’t No Hitta.” She then went on to release a song with Lil Durk entitled “Ghost.” Dreezy released her debut self-released mixtape, “The Illustration” which she followed up with “Business N Pleasure” which was a collaborative mixtape with Mikey Dollaz. She then released two more mixtapes, “D.S.M (Shizo Pre-tape),” and “Schizo.” The following year, Dreezy released her first EP, “Call It What You Want” and that same year released her second EP, “From Now On,” which peaked at number 10 on the US Heatseekers chart. Since then, Dreezy has released two studio albums, “No Hard Feelings,” which peaked at number 15 on the US RnB charts and “Big Dreez.” Some of Dreezy’s most popular songs include “Body,” which earned RIAA certified platinum, “Close to You,” “We Gon Ride,” “Close to You,” “Ecstasy,” and “Chanel Slides.”.
