Tamino is a Belgian singer-songwriter, musician, and model, who is the grandson of Muharram Fouad. Tamino was born in Mortsel, Antwerp, and began his musical career after being invited by the band Het Zesde Metaal to play a Radio 1 session. He then went on to release his debut single, “Habibi,” which went on to be picked up by Radio 1. Tamino’s music is a mixture of classical, alternative, and indie rock. Shortly after the release of his debut single, Tamino won a musical talent competition at Studio Brussels. He then performed at the Ancienne Belgique and then performed at Palais 12, played at festivals such as Rock Werchter and Pukkelpop, and also performed at the Flemish Music Industry Awards. Currently, Tamino has over 687,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
