As the leader of the highly popular k pop group Sechs Kies, which got its big break in 1997, Eun Ji-won already had a ton of experience as a talented pop star. Following, the bands breakup in 2000, Eun pursued a solo career, dropping the 2001 single “A-Ha”. Eun is highly regarded as a pioneer in the k pop genre.
