Josh Edwards – a London-native – started Blanco White as a solo project back in 2014 with the goal of blending Latin American music with Andalusian music. He studied Andean instruments like the charango while spending time in Bolivia and learned to master his guitar playing while living in Spain. His goal was always to craft just the right kind of music. Blanco joined the indie label Yucatan in 2016 and released his first two EP’s: “Colder Heavens” and “The Wind Rose”. His third EP “Nocturne” and quickly began selling out shows around the world. As his sound continues to evolve and become more complex, his fanbase grows exponentially.
