cleopatrick is a Canadian hard rock duo from Ontario consisting of Luke Gruntz and Ian Fraser. The two of them are childhood friends (hanging out since the age of 4) who developed an interest in music at the age of 8, listening to and taking inspiration from bands like AC/DC and other classic rock icons. Just a few years later, as teenagers, they began recording their own music. In 2016, they released their debut EP “14”, which consists of four songs: “city kids”, “chromeo”, “belly button blues”, and “friends”. A year later, they released the single “hometown” which was an absolute smash hit and has nearly 70 million streams on Spotify alone. The song peaked at number 6 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock Charts. It also appeared on their second EP “The Boys” in 2018. That same year, they appeared at Lollapalooza in Chicago and then later appeared at the 2000 Trees Festival and Shaky Knees Music Festival.
