Goldie (Born Clifford Joseph Price) is an award-winning British music producer and DJ for electronic, jungle, breakbeat, hardcore, darkcore, and drum and bass music. He first gained attention as a graffiti artist before he went on to pioneer a role as a musician in the 90s EDM scene. His dropped a bunch of singles while using the stage name Rugife Kru. He also co-founded the label Metalheadz and then released quite a few albums under his own name. One of these albums, 1995’s “Timeless”, hit the number 7 spot on the U.K. charts. Goldie is also an actor, having appeared in movies like The World Is Not Enough, Snatch, Everybody Loves Sunshine, The Price of Air, and The Case. His 1998 studio album – his second overall – was called “Saturnz Return” and it peaked at the number 15 spot on the U.K. charts. After an almost 10 year hiatus from making music, Goldie returned for his third and most recent studio album “The Journey Man”, which reached similar success to his other two albums. While performing under the name Rufige Kru, he released “Malice in Wonderland” and “Memoirs of an Afterlife”. He also worked on two collaboration albums: “Subject One” and “The Start of No Regret”..
