Last Dinosaurs is an indie rock band that hails from Brisbane, Queensland in Australia. The band is comprised of Lachlan Caskey, Sean Caskey, Michael Sloane, and Dan Koyama. Lachlan and Sean are brothers are of Japanese descent, a country the band collectively adores. In fact, their name comes from a song by the Japan-based rock band The Pillows. Last Dinosaurs released their debut EP “Back from the Dead” back in 2010 and they very quickly shot to stardom, accumulating an adoring international fanbase. Two years later, they released their debut full-length studio album “In a Million Years”. It was a massive hit Australia and hit number 8 on the Australian ARIA Charts. Their next studio album “Wellness” came out in 2015 and it charted at number 18 on the ARIA charts.
