A fusion of hip hop, new wave, flamenco, and the Beatles, Codefendants is a musical group made up of Fat Mike, Sam King, and Ceschi Ramos. The group's debut track, "Abscessed," a Get Dead collaboration, was released in October. This month, "Suicide By Pigs" was released. At Berkeley, California's Gilman Street Project, they all first met. Over a bottle of Jameson, they became friends and discussed their love of hip-hop and punk rock. They had recently begun Codefendants, though they were unaware of it at the time. Two years later, in Los Angeles, they started songwriting with producer Fat Mike from NOFX.
