Peter Ferguson is the author, creator and performer of Wuh Oh.  The Wuh Oh project is an ultra-modern collision of ecstatic enegy, dissonant melodies and unstoppable pop. Ferguson, a mercurial performer, has packed a lot of experience into his brief musical development. His music was taken from his Myspace and an intimate conversation with him was broadcast on Radio 1's Annie Mac show. After only a week after self-releasing his debut EP, which Franz Ferdinand's Paul Thomson referred to as "J Dilla on Irn Bru," he received an offer to perform at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut, a renowned Glasgow club. Making a bold move, Wuh Oh published his subsequent music on renowned producer Ryan Hemsworth's influential Canadian label, "Secret Songs."
Following the release of these tracks, there was an appearance live on Vic Galloway's BBC Introducing Sessions, which was followed by additional live performances on both BBC stages at TRNSMT and Electric Fields festivals. Wuh Oh would go on to perform a number of support dates alongside some notable colleagues, including as electronic music heavyweights Orbital, Com Truise, a pioneer of New York's slo-mo funk and DJ Shadow, a famed turntablist and experimental hip-hop producer. The mysterious composer was busy creating a terrifying arsenal of unheard music that smoothly bridges the gap between pop and avant-garde while also occupying the mainstream and underworld.
Wuh Oh was able to refine his performance-art-like live experience because to his streak of desirable support roles. Wuh Oh creates a strange and innovative live act that combines DJing, skillful piano playing, self-styled interpretive dancing and his sugar-rush pop music into something gratifying and distinctive..
