Miss Grit was established by musician Margaret Sohn of New York as a vehicle for her own self-examination and expression. She was dubbed a "polymath" by NME. Her method is reflective and her vision is clear. Following in the footsteps of her close friend and fellow songwriter Pearla, Stella Mozgawa of Warpaint, Aron Kobayashi Ritch of Momma and Sohn, the album Follow The Cyborg was totally produced by Sohn in her home studio.
