Marisa, a talented singer-songwriter hailing from Nashville but with a heart that belongs to California, has been making music for as long as she can remember. At just 18 years old, she has already accomplished so much in the industry, with a growing fanbase and a string of successful performances and recordings to her name.

Marisa's passion for music was evident from a young age, as she took to the stage for the first time at the age of five and picked up the guitar at ten. By 11, she was co-writing with some of the best writers in Nashville and performing at open mic songwriter rounds around town. Her talent was recognized early on, and at 12, she hosted her own songwriter's round, "Marisa and Friends," at Sopapilla's in Franklin, TN, and was the youngest to play with the Song Suffragettes at The Listening Room Cafe.

By age 12, Marisa had already recorded her first EP, "Colorful Girl," which was released in 2017, and hosted her own round at the Bluebird Cafe for Sunday Songwriters Nights. She also participated in the Acoustic Guitar Project at the Country Music Hall of Fame and performed her original song in the famous Ford Theater. In 2018, Marisa lent her voice to Ross Copperman's "Homegrown Kids" project, where she sang four songs on the album of Country Music's biggest hits sung by kids.

Marisa's star continued to rise, and in August 2019, she released her second EP titled "Demo Sessions I," which is available on all streaming platforms. She auditioned for Season 4 of American Idol in front of Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie in August of 2020, receiving a Golden Ticket and making it up to the final elimination of Hollywood Week. She followed this up with the release of her most recent EP, "Demo Sessions 2," in July 2021, which is also available on all streaming platforms. Marisa released four singles in 2022, two of which made it onto Spotify's editorial playlists.
