Sirianni started his coaching career at Mount Union as the defensive backs coach after spending one season as a player with the Canton Legends of the American Indoor Football League. Later, he worked as a receivers coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania before transitioning to the NFL in 2009 to work as an offensive quality control coach for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Before taking on the role of offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2020, Sirianni also worked as an assistant coach for the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
