Kadeema, first referred to as a duo act, began work on their debut EP with producer and drummer Isaac Carpenter (AWOLNATION, Duff McKagan, Adam Lambert). Carpenter acted as the group's third official member, creating a space that gave Kadeema entire creative freedom to create and record. They spent the most of their existence online, like the majority of other acts. The band had to depend mainly on social media rather than live performances to communicate with their following because they had only done a small number of gigs a month before COVID 19.
