Maxwell Byrne, better known as Golden Vessel and a nominee for a GRAMMY Award, is an Australian musician best known for his indie-house project 1tbsp.
While looking for tracks for his DJ sets at "Sumoclic Nights," a monthly event that he was organizing at a Brisbane venue, Maxwell started investigating components of house music. As a result, he finally started making some of his own music to incorporate into those performances. Finally, he realized he had a strong catalog of songs that he truly wanted to share with the world.
Maxwell decided to start a brand-new project, 1tbsp, because the new music's approach was so distinct from the typical Golden Vessel sound.
