The project received widespread playlist and editorial support and was praised for its astounding demonstration of raw voice control and sensitive lyrics. BEL released four songs, the culmination of which was the release of her sophomore EP, Jet Lag, which featured the upbeat blockbuster "PBR (with girlhouse)" and the depressing hymn "Cake." Sirius XM (200+ organic plays), Pandora (2 playlist covers), Spotify, Apple and several newspapers all supported Bel during the promotion. Her performance at Brooklyn's Knitting Factory, where she opened for dhruv and Isaac Dunbar, put her at the forefront of the indie zeitgeist.
Following the success of her second album and after making a few "Artists to Watch" lists, BEL makes a comeback with a brand-new song called "Are You Okay".
