Eunice Olumide, a Scottish supermodel, MBE, V and A Design Champion, was born in Edinburgh and has worked in the UK, the USA, Africa, Japan, France, Italy, Holland, Spain, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.
She has been featured in several national and international fashion weeks, editorials, and campaigns for magazines like as Vogue, Italian Vogue, Bahrain Confidential, Tatler, Harpers Bazaar, Collectible DRY, WAD, ID Magazine, Dazed & Confused, Oyster, Paper Cut and New York Magazine. She's also walked for fashion designers such as Harris Tweed, Mulberry, Alexander McQueen and Christopher Kane. Following the popularity of her BBC Radio show "Music Match," she went on to develop and appear in the UK's first-ever award-winning podcast, "Sista Collective," which was broadcast on BBC Radio 5 Live and was devoted to women of color.
She has interviewed renowned figures from the cinema, fashion and television industries, such as Amma Asante. As a disc jockey, she has done a lot of touring, opening for musical icons like Grace Jones at festivals and galas in Gotha, Websterhall, Lovebox and Glastonbury.
She published the best-selling book "How to Get into Fashion," which showcases her efforts to stop exploitation and promote diversity, sustainability, and fairness in the fashion business. She was chosen to participate in the Edinburgh International Book Festival, the most esteemed and longest-running writers' festival in the world. She contributed to the 'Loud Black Girls Anthology' edited by Bernardine Evaristo, winner of the Booker Prize.
