Connor Cummins, a local Nashville punk regular, and Blair Tramel, an early education teacher with a side career in wickedly humorous animation and art, started Snooper together. As their homemade movies and cassette cassettes started to garner sporadic admirers worldwide, the pair took the Project to the stage, and Snooper (the Band) was formed.
